Privacy Policy
Grand Rooms is a static, editorial site. We collect very little data, and this page explains exactly what and why.
Last updated: 8 July 2026
Who We Are
Grand Rooms (“we”, “us”) publishes an independent editorial atlas of Europe's land-based casino houses at this website. We are not a gambling operator and do not process bets, accounts, or payments of any kind. For questions about this policy, see our Contact page.
What We Collect
This site does not use cookies, does not run visitor analytics or advertising trackers of its own, and has no account system, newsletter, or comment form that would ask you for personal details.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard technical request logs for every website it serves — things like IP address, requested URL, and timestamp — purely to operate the network, serve pages efficiently, and guard against abuse. We do not access these logs to identify individual readers, and we do not combine them with any other data.
If you email us via the address on our Contact page, we hold that correspondence only for as long as needed to read, reply to, and — where relevant — act on it (for example, correcting a factual error in a venue entry), and we do not add your address to any mailing list.
Outbound Links
Some pages link out to third parties — venue websites, BeGambleAware, GamCare, and similar independent resources. Once you follow one of those links, that site's own privacy policy applies; we have no visibility into and no responsibility for how those sites handle your data.
Hosting
The site is built with Next.js and hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process the technical request logs described above on our behalf as our hosting provider; details of their practices are in Vercel's own privacy policy.
Your Rights
Because we don't maintain a database of personal information, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete beyond any email correspondence you've sent us — which you can ask us to delete at any time via Contact. If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR relating to any personal data we do hold about you, and you may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Changes to This Policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top of it.
